I'm a well built American 6 foot 235 muscular build. I also am a little bigger than average and very thick. I usually use magnum condoms in US. Should I definatly bring them along or do most of the escorts carry a variety.
 
If you are using Nasty Dolls or Asian Mystique, you are probably ok. Those girls are seeing foreigners so usually have larger condoms. That said, the largest Japanese ones ain't that big.

If you are using deriheru services, those girls may or may not (often not) have condoms with them. In that case, you'd be dependent on whatever is in the room if you are using a love hotel.

In summary, I'd bring some along. Why risk it?
 
Love hotels have condoms but they are standard size, which are slightly smaller than your standard Trojan.

If you forget your Magnums or run out, you can go to Condomania that's at the intersection of Meijijingumae station (look for the giant picture of Mihiro). They have a number of different condom sizes. I doubt they are cheap, so if you can bring em you might want to bring some.
 
Some of the drugstores also great larger size condoms. But you will need to take a look more closely.
 
Condomania is very expensive, you'll pay close to 3000yen for a pack of 12. There are various diameters available (measured in millimetres) but the lengths are not listed. You'll probably find they only cover half your dick.
 
Super Big Boy, black box with the horse on the front is readily available in drug stores. I originally got them at Condonmania but now buy them at a drug store.

Bring your own, Slyder. Love hotel condoms are party balloons. The services that more or less guarantee the full service (Nasty and AM as Goiter said) may be okay with your gear, but everywhere else, do not expect girls to take you on. A LOT has been written here about size (penis/vagina) blah blah, but many of the Japanese girls do not have boyfriends, do not fuck regularly and are not game to take on 'extra' appendages let alone 'regular'. They also have small mouths.
Do not expect all Japanese girls to be like Asa Akira or Marica Hase. Good luck.

To my knowledge and opinion, prostitutes often prefer those men who have a small penis.

The smaller + quicker he finishes = easier job and easy money

Size would be important to women that were into sex for pleasure AND want to feel deep penetration.

However an experienced or taller P4P woman would arguably have less trouble with size. It would still likely be all about your money, than usually she is getting off on it, minus the exception of P4P women that are truly into fully developing their sexuality and ability.

Pretty much what Solong said. There's some providers out there that are size queens and get off on it, but in general they want to do as little 'damage to the equipment' as possible. If you are indeed 'very thick', you might even want to let the agency know so that there's no unpleasant surprises for a smaller provider (at least as far as oral goes).

I think the most important thing, big dick or not, is that you are clean and GENTLE with a provider. I read a story a long time ago about a well-equipped guy that really enjoyed throat-fucking girls, and did it with an AM girl who didn't protest during the session, but then refused to see him again. I took some advice and saw KEI from AM. She is a great girl. We had a great time. She also said that I should be careful with any small ladies and confirmed they most likely would not be able to handle such a large package. I do want to thank John C for recommending Kei she was awesome but I did have to be very gentle and slow. I definatly will probably be looking for a Eorpean lady for an encounter while here instead of take the chance of a no go with a lady because I am too big.

Based on how you have described yourself, you and I are similar in size and build. From my experience, even with Asian Mystique, I would recommend always bringing your own condoms. A lot of the girls didn't have the right size for me. I've met with about 5 or more of the AM girls, on multiple occasions, and I'd suggest you should bring your own. Also, with Nasty Dolls, the girls have always asked me if I had my own condoms. I keep my own stock of condoms in my house and when I go to a hotel. Especially, if you make a reservation with a group that is not accustomed to scheduling with foreigners. In short, most won't have your size and yes, bring your own.

1) NO way you are a Black guy or foreigner. Definitely you are a troll.

No Black guy would ever be that invested in trying to persuade people how big a penis Japanese guys have. Only a JAPANESE guy would be trying so hard.
