Rooms are gorgeous with nice view. over Tokyo bay.
I happened to be invited to the suite room but their standard rooms are nice enough.

Surprisingly, Conrad does not require a keycard to access the room floor. You can meet a girl directly in your room without escorting her.
I was not dressed obvious escort looking outfit when visiting them of course but they didn't bother me to go through the reception at all.

More regular hotels regardless the number of stars, have a keycard access these days but this one is one of very few regular, good hotels that does not require a key as of January 2023.

Regular Conrad rooms are nice enough, although city facing ones mean you can't really open the lace curtains since the rooms are facing other office buildings and they are close enough to other buildings in the area unless you enjoy watching others watching you LOL. Otherwise it's a nice hotel and the room themselves aren't feeling outdated like Park Hyatt Tokyo (to me at least). But Park Hyatt Tokyo has no other tall office buildings facing it so it's safer?

I remember Park Hyatt Tokyo being the other higher end hotels that do not require keycard accesses to get to the room floors, although not sure if it's still the case today.
