Mostly no.

Some are refusing certain foreigners and others just don’t see foreigners for now.

Some girls are refusing to work until the virus settles down.

Canceling? I think most talks were about moving it back to fall.
So far everything has been going on like usual with the exception of some providers being a lot more careful/not allowing foreigners.
Japanese government is working on a draft for a "state of emergency" bill that could go in action next week. I mean there is a chance that this could implement some tougher restrictions that may also affect P4P businesses. Who knows.
