Couple in tokyo interested for happening bar

Weekdays can be hit and miss for happening bars. I would say try to aim for a big event during the day time, or stick to bigger bars at night. For example, colors and retreat are bigger than most so even on weeknights they might have a good amount of people.

For daytime I hear that Scarlett has a busy Wednesday event during the day. They basically have a special party(more money) but you get free food and women can enter a raffle for prizes.
