AM is not worth the premium, they rely on the fact that foreigners wouldn't be willing to search for the cheaper options available. Anal play means anal sex. Sadly there seems to be little for couples in Tokyo. I know of about 3 delivery health that are well known for it but i think you’re out of luck if you don’t speak Japanese.
