The Booking and the Shop
Hinata used to work at Tokyo Bunnys Club, a strict Japanese-only NS Yoshiwara SL. I only knew about her because she does AV (under the name みなと羽琉) , and I was following her twitter out of curiosity. That curiosity paid off when in late November, she announced that she was leaving Bunnys Club and joining a foreigner-friendly, S着 shop.
I confirmed over DM that Hinata would accept foreigners at the new shop, and she said yes as long as they can communicate in Japanese. I was asked to confirm my reservation via DM again the day before, and call the shop the day of, to confirm again.
After confirming my reservation, she revealed that she would be joining Lupinus Parfait in December. This is a sister shop to Lupinus (she reminded me not to get them mixed up), and from their website it seems like they are newly opened. The shop itself is slightly away from the main Yoshiwara stretch, and is situated opposite Yoshiwara park.
It doesn't seem like I was charged foreigner tax, since she also advertises the fee as 80,000yen on her twitter bio.
The day of, after making the phone call to confirm, I made my way down to Lupinus Parfait. I was whisked immediately into the waiting room, which was huge and laid out like a movie theatre - at least 10 large single recliners all facing in the same direction towards a large screen. No dividers, so don't expect any privacy. The tenchous were friendly, as is expected of a high-end SL, and I did not have to wait long after the usual hand towel + drink for my name to be called.
My appointment with Hinata was on her first day at her new shop, and I found out that I was her first ever foreign customer (this is called foreshadowing).
The Lady and strike one
Hinata was waiting for me in the lift, wearing a cabaret outfit with a plunging neckline. It took every ounce of willpower to keep my eyes off her K-cup tits. She is very tall (170cm), so the heels seemed unnecessary

IMO her body, skill in bed and her bright disposition were enough to make up for it.
