I for myself enjoy doing it and it kinda feels good to have control over the man while pleasuring. Occasionally I don't mind a CIM but I don't swallow. But I go by the rule, no oral in me, no oral on the guy. (This goes for private only and not for escort dates)

Personally, I really enjoy performing oral. Especially if I know that the recipient is watching me.

I've just remembered something. I used to try everything to get out of BJs with my first boyfriend. Why? Because he was simply too thick (his appendage, not his intellect). My mouth literally used to get little splits at the sides.

I enjoy them but mostly as a foreplay.
I think it's pretty hard to make men orgasm by BJ alone, unless they are very excited.

That said, i do allow CIM and do swallow. (In a relationship usually cum during intercourse, but if we wanna change things up and he wants to CIM i'd always swallow. As escort, CIM on request, swallow on other request (if he doesn't ask specific i'll spit). I dont have a problem with sperm but i'm not sure about the disease risks of swallowing. I'd have to agree. If a woman can give a good BJ and I cum, I don't care whether she swallows or not. For that matter if a woman gives a good BJ and I don't cum, but it's really good foreplay I'm happy with that as well.

I'm no MD (as you know, of course), but I suspect that the extra disease risk associate with swallowing vs spitting is very tiny. In fact, swallowing may well be safer than holding the cum in your mouth while you get up and run to the bathroom to spit it out (as some ladies do) because you are more likely to catch something via exposure of your mouth and gums than via your stomach and digestive system.

The stomach is an *extremely* hostile environment for most microbes/germs, very acidic (typical pH around 2.5 +/- 1.0), and only microbes specifically evolved/optimized for acidic environments can survive there. I doubt that any STD-related microbes can survive for long in a human stomach.
