Back in the day, they were actually responsible for providing hands-on training to the girls, and there are still some shops that work that way.

I think they are generally barred, yes.
I know some shops have as a rule that the girls should not date the male staff, and also not loan them money, or the other way around. Lol.

True, in soapland its usually an experienced woman who used to work for the shop and be a popular girl but who has reached middle age.

Instuction dvds sound good, i feel like a girl can actually learn a lot of AV as well but i'd say go easy on copying the sound, lol!

I'd only accept training from a female. It seems inappropriate by a male.
