Does Tobita Shinchi still providing the service to Gaijin who looks like Chinese?

Does service from Tobita Shinchi stop giving the service to gaijin who looks like Chinese due to Coronavirus fear? I really want to visit there but I look Chinese.

been there yesterday and most of the shops don't accept foreigners at all specially chinese and koreans, but if you speak fluent or native level japanese like the locals then you might surpass their "screenings" lol.. but my regular in the main street told me that the nenkin street still accepts gaijins....
