Feedback Editing text while uploading the photo

I wasn't quite sure if this is the limitation on my browser or if it was intentionally done from TAG.
While writing a review, I noticed that if I paste the picture, the form will stop me from editing, until the upload is completed.
Can the upload be done in the background?
