If you are a native English speaker or at least very fluent, Eikaiwa (one to one English teaching) basically demands that you don’t use Japanese.Lets say Visa is a non-issue. Is there work to be found for those who do not speak the language? Specifically work that doesn't require experience.

Yeah so unfair >.<Most of the big companies take only native speakers. I have a friend who is university qualified English teacher and when she applied she lost to an Australian beach bum because she is not native speaker.
