Are there Tokyo based services that are willing to come to the Niigata prefecture?

I searched around and even though there's a decent selection in this area, almost all are non foreigner friendly.
What about independents? Or a different site that can help me scout?

I think that would cost some serious money, travel compensations and the appointment would have to be a longer one, and girls would either demand a guy to be a regular already or to send a deposit online first.
Would be pretty risky to just jump in a shinkansen and see if a guy is real or not, lol.

That would be a very resounding no. Especially since you state Niigata "prefecture" instead of "city", which leads me to believe that you're also in one of the smaller towns.... so some serious travel time.

Even if we say you're in Niigata city, you're talking about a four to five hour journey each way, which nobody is likely to want to do as a one day round trip, so what you're looking at, realistically is an escort's overnight rate another plus ten hours of their time. Figure you're looking at 400,000 yen or so to get an independent to come up there. And that's if any of them would accept the invitation from an unknown punter.
