After you have done all that twitter "For You" tab will start running its algorithm and start showing you more working girls more frequently.
It's not a 100% method, but it works for me.

It takes time to feed the algorithm and for it to learn your likes and dislikes, perhaps liking more tweets from working girls so that it knows you "like people who post cityheaven net" or "profile has 吉原" on it.
It's harder to find profiles with 吉原 or ソープ etc this days due to the search bans, this is the alternative

I was already getting a regular Twitter feed of ladies working at Yoshiwara and some delivery shops even before I arrived in Japan.
It just surprised me that I suddenly got female pro-wrestling stuff out of nowhere. I didn't even like a tweet about it.
