Thanks to all the people who saw my last post yesterday and to those who even put down a comment. It really makes me not feel alone in this struggle!
I have a follow up question that I should probably ask before I jump in and spend all my money. Should I start out by going to the shinchis, or should I plan something with an escort?
I ask this question not to really to see which one is better (since they both have their perks), but because I have a little problem. I have a hard time 'finishing the job.' I can be rock solid for hours and really enjoy the play, but by the end I still haven't busted.

Nah, I think it's cause I've been a one-hand man for most of my life. I don't think I necessarily have death grip, but I do know I grip harder than all the woman I've been to back in the states. I think it's more of a friction thing. Hopefully women hear are more tighter.
I'm definitely down to experiment though. If I get the chance, I should try a lot of different positions. Maybe escorting would be better in that case

That's kinda what I was thinking, and why I intially asked the question. Having experts handle my 'situation' sounds the most promising and would hopefully lead me to knowing more about what I like and dislike, as what @Babaram mentioned.
I will have to go to Tokyo and pretty much spend my whole budget in one girl, but as most of you said already, that's just the risk of the business.
Anyway, thanks for the suggestions. They really do help me rationalize this.

Yeah, Manami's will be back up soon and Marie is the only other one confirmed to return at this point. I have been in contact with a number of ladies from the past... a few of them are planning to return to Japan at some point in the future. Quite a few have left the business altogether and contact methods removed.
