From my limited experience, seems like majority of DeriHeru places don’t offer FS. I’ve tried to ask about it with providers I thought I had good chemistry with, but I was politely turned down.

The only exception seems to be if AF is listed as an option (which is super rare).

I was wondering if any of you guys have had experience talking the providers into FS. Was it about chemistry? Extra payment? Or does it always seem to be a hard no.

The easiest way is not to negotiate but to make the girl feel comfortable first, horny second. Way better than asking directly and/or offering money in a place which explicitly prohibits FS.

And there are plenty of places in Tokyo where FS is not an option but a part of the service starting from massage places and health service shops to soaplands.

I have enough common sense to not bother asking again after being refused; but as someone who is not too familiar with the proper etiquette of DH services, I figured it'd be smarter to know if it's even polite to ask. I wouldn't want to be blacklisted or anything y'know. There's a lot of reading between the lines that goes here haha. Gaikokujin's are already on thin ice as it is with a lot of these services.

Very true. When I was working at the Japanese hotel health shop ( not milf but more like Onesan, OL type, I was 29 years old.) I had this very rude guy in his 50's.
He asked me FS, I said no. Then he said " how come can you reject FS? You know your age, if you don't give out FS, how would you gain repeats?"
Next second, I got up from bed with no word, went into the bathroom and called the manager. Shop staff came up to the room in a few minutes. He told the client to get off and also told me that I could go back to the waiting room now. He got no refund, I kept the full amount of money for two hours just by 20 minutes of work, haha.

On the other hand, smart clients gave me extra 10,000yen note up front and asked me if they could get special service. Sure

I think Manami's post immediately below yours is an answer to do your question. I think being a gentleman about it and POLITELY asking and accepting her response in stride regardless of the answer isn't going to get you blacklisted.

My question for @Manami TMK is whether you'd use a term like 特別 to ask for that or something else...

I had never asked clients if they wanted to get special service. I don’t up-sell. That could be big off putting to them when they really want to get just health service. Think about it, when your girl comes into your hotel room and immediately says “Hi, nice to meet you! If you want sex, I am available for extra money! どう？” How would you feel?
To be honest, even after things heats up, two people starting to negotiate the price in the middle of intimate time is turn off to me. It is the same reason why I try to cup them without any funny movement.

I only answered when clients brought it up.
They often use a term of “本番 Honban”(intercourses)
“最後まで”(till the end; final service) or simply “スペシャル” (special). There is a couple of different way but nobody really mention directly by using a term of sex.
