Gakuensai Ikebukuro

Fair enough but let me help you out. MikeH's reply applies to ALL of 'these places.' If you cannot speak Japanese you will not get in the door. Nobody, doormen and girls included, want to someone trying to bullshit their way in.

Edit: Apart from Office in Shinjuku but you will pay a hell of a lot more than the usual rates.

Well, as said, some conversational japanese would be VERY helpful when you're in the seat with the girls, but since you're asking about the doorman. From my short experience with Campus Night & Miss Campus. (I'm sorry if this is "off topic", since the topic is about Gakuensai)
- When you come at the door, the doorman's not bothered about you being a foreigner, but he'll usually start pointing at the board with pictures of the girls if you want to nominate someone.
If you don't want that, just say "Free setto onegai shimasu". (it's not free as in price, but free as in 'doesn't matter which girl').
- Then he'll ask you what you want to drink. For some reason, beer is extra on top of the regular price at Miss Campus, but not at Campus Night, so at Campus Night this question might com after you've paid.
- He'll ask you to pay the amount.
- He'll ask you to gurgle some mouth refresher, spit it back into the cup, throw it in the trash can, take a tissue and wipe off your mouth.
- Then you'll be seated in one of the booths and wait for your girls to arrive one by one.

But to have fun with the girls, some conversational japanese is highly recommended. Even if you think you don't need any language during the kissing, at least some smalltalk is done at the beginning, and if you have a girl who's not that much into kissing, you will have to hold some conversation or be able to answer her questions.
Also, at Campus Night they seem to be much more familiar with straddling than at Miss Campus. At Campus Night they practically suggest it themselves, but at Miss Campus they might not do it even if you ask.

- And that's it, the girl will (probably) escort you holding your hand to the exit (which is a nice GFE touch :) ). (might not happen at Miss Campus, I don't remember).

i said i want to go to "ONE OF THESE PLACES" maybe you should read my quote carefully- b4 you reply next time

As @Hofmeyer said it already, any place which requires you to speak Japanese will not be happy when they found out you just had a cheat sheet and nothing else. From there it will be FUTOG as defined by @Acid Burn

You know there's a reason nobody shares cheat sheets to get into these places. Maybe if you think hard enough you'll figure it out.

when the doorman talks i say "hai"--- thats my bets plan- i just want to be able to understand- the "most popular" questions they ask

No, everyone here got what you meant.

Just because people aren't saying what you want to hear doesn't mean they're wrong.

If you don't speak Japanese to a reasonable level, "these places" are not for you.

As has been pointed out above, do not be that guy that ruins it for everyone else.

FUTOG = Friendly Until That One Gaijin
