For those who have an iPhone or iPad are you having trouble with Google Chrome translating webpage since the last update of iOS 8.1. If there is any suggestions or if they know the solution as it is frustrating getting pages translated.
 
Haven't used that function - but will see if I get the same problem and see of anything can be done.

I've tried several times and I just keep getting "The translation failed because of a server error." -- Are you getting the same error?

(iOS 8.1 / iPhone 4S)

I have an iPhone 5 too, but I've not upgraded to iOS 8 on that phone yet.
 
Then you may want to wait to up grade to that level until something that Google Chrome will correct to translate webpages. Unless you know of another app that does the same thing. If you do know of another app that will translate websites please let me know. Many thanks for any advice.
