Many shops will have their restrictions under the system or payment section. Go there, and search for 外国人.

If it shows on that page it's an almost certain red light.

Ah least not at their price. If they are truly beautiful like their picture, they would charge double or more.

I concur with @Manami TMK ... Photo's of the girls look OK... but why no Foreigners... seems like a switch and bait or scam to me... Prices are crazy low... so they probably want you to pay first ? I don't read Japanese so can't see what other "red flags" there may be... Move on and try [Redacted]

Every single photo has had the background photoshopped out and replaced with a flat colour or a gradient.

They do this to prevent reverse image lookups... which is of course a guarantee that the photos were lifted from somewhere else.

Seriously, scroll in on the photos - not a single stray hair over the background.

Just started living in Hachioji, and the best night life you can get here is try to Nampa at the local Hub or other bars or get on your boss'/Japanese friends' good graces and have them bring you to a good place that doesn't normally allow lone foreigners. But even my Japanese workmates tell me that Hachioji is lacking in the adult service department.
