Happiness Soapland In Gotanda

Has anyone tried Happiness Soapland near Gotanda station? Their roster is huge and prices seem fair assuming no gaijin tax. I wish I knew about it two trips ago when my hotel was in Gotanda..

Same group also have two cheap soaplands in Ikebukuro called Violence and Club Heart with rosters very decent for those prices, and they are apparently opening a new shop in Yoshiwara in October.

Club Heart had some cuties on the roster so I gave them a call - no foreigners. Pretty cut and dry... bummer!
