I pre-planned a visit to visit a soap the other day and I took my happy pill one hour before hand. I stop and suddenly my heart takes off at like 1000 beats/min supper fast, I felt faint and out of breath for like 3 minutes. All I could do is lean against the wall and try my best to look weird. My chest started hurting and I almost started to have a panic attack from freaking out. I was able to slow my breathing down which slowed my heart rate enough to walk again and get on my train. I know that V effects your blood pressure but has this happened to you and how do you deal with the flushing effect that come after use?

I haven't experienced that from my low-dose Sildenafil pills but I have had an experience like that while jogging, and it was most certainly due, in part, to my use of NO3 (nitric oxide) boosters for increased athletic performance, which are very similar to ED medication. I was on a three-mile race pace tempo run and about a mile in, my chest started feeling tight, I started getting dizzy and had to stop and sit down. Near-panic attack set in, but again that was probably just from freaking out thinking I'm having a heart attack.

I ended up walking home and then driving to the ER for a full battery of tests. EKG, blood work, everything. Every test showed me as perfectly fine and in top physical shape.

ED meds lower your blood pressure so inevitably some folks are going to have such reactions. Talk to your doc and also consider taking a lower dose. I do just fine with 40mg, and that's after a full night of binge drinking and my other half wanting a quick bedtime hump. You might also consider not taking it as often.

This can certainly happen. Heart palpitations are a side effect and they usually advise you to go to the doctor if you experience them. I’d definitely report this to your doctor and get a blood test.

I use cialis from time to time but basically half a dose (if not less) and it’s more than enough. Consider lowering your dose if you have this issue in the future.

I had a full strength pill in December that made me feel a little too He-man in bed and actually kind of ruined my orgasm.

So got some weak Sildenafil (25mg) back in the States for a few sessions as of late and it was just the right amount to make me perform effectively.

Honestly, cut your pill in half next time.
