Hey guys, im newbie here.
im from SEA. mid 20s

i speak no japanese at all.
i'll be staying at tokyo for work things, near akibahara/bakurocho i guess..

can you guys give me recommendation for incall service/place nearby with japanese girls(no overpriced please),
because in my hotel got co-worker and my boss. lol

You need to be more specific of what you're looking for. There isn't much in Akihabara unless you get a delivery girl to your hotel.
You'll otherwise need to travel to another area to get something. But, again, need to know what you're looking for.

Examples:
- Full Escort (goes to your hotel or you meet at a love hotel)
- Massage w/ Happy Ending (massage parlor, MP)
- Blow Job (Pink Salon)
- Soapland (not far from Akihabara)

Let us know what you're looking for...

Yeah, to me that sounds quite high too, certainly one could get guaranteed FS for less? :p

But actually OP was giving us much more information than your standard first timer.

If the requirements are 1) not in your hotel, 2) Japanese girls and 3) near Akihabara then a soapland in Yoshiwara would be a good choice.

In nearby Ueno you could get a massage with HE but most probably girls will be Thai or Chinese. And of course you could get one of them independent escorts and head to a love hotel in Uguisudani which is not far either.
