The conversation went like this:

Me: ohayo gozaimasu
Him: *introducing himself *
Me: Egoga hanesemaska?
Him: sukoshi
Me: I want to book a time
Him: Do you have Japanese phone?
Me: no, calling from a booth
Him: we only do japanese phone sorry.
Me: what.. Okay sorry bye.

Felt like he brushed me off.

So everyone who does reviews on hipness actually got a Japanese number?

I sent them an email now and reserved for yesterday. But I doubt it will work out.

Not Recommended.

Closing Comments:
Was up at 8, and tried to call them. Was walking from Iriya to Ueno. And calling from telephone booths I encountered in my way. They open at 9 am.

This is standard practice, and is out of concern for the women's safety. If you're a visitor, I'd advise you to rent a cell phone.

I see, I read JK style reviews and it seemed it was fine with just booth calls.

I guess I'll rent one, do you recmommend any? Just don't want to rent a overpriced plan/brand. Is softbank good?

Yeah, most of the Delivery Health groups I have booked ask for my number. Some of them actually save your number, too. I know JK style has kept a record of my number, who I last met with, where we met. So do many others. Maybe you can use a hotel phone? I don't know. I have never given Asian Mystique my number, but they might be the only delivery group without that policy.

thanks for the help guys, it did really come as a suprise to me as I've been reading many reviews on this forum and no one mentioned it in their post.

I just ordered a phone they told me it'll be in my hotel around 10 am tomorrow, i got a phone number sent via email. I guess I'll call them now as I have a phone number and hope for the best.

Update:
Called and webt like this:
Me: hey, do you talk english?
Him: little
Me: I want to make reservation tomorrow.
Him: you need japanese phone...(he remembered me)
Me: i got a japanese number. And then gave him my number.
Him: ok, I call you now.
Me: waaaaait! I get my phone tomorrow. I want to reserve now.
Him: *full of nopes* tomorrow you call
Me: okay....


So hopefully My girl is not fully booked tomorrow lol.
