Review Narrative:
Had an overnight in Tokyo on the way back from overseas.
Had to catch a train to Matsumoto the next day so Shinjuku is the best option.
One of my staff booked this place for me as the Gracery and Prince were full.

First thought was WTF. This is a love hotel. But went to the check in on the 3rd floor and it seemed more like a business hotel.
At some stage this has def been a LH as there are lights outside the room to tell if it is occupied, and they do have day rates.

Room is a good size. Bed is soft and comfy. Walls are not very soundproof.

A few amenities including bath salts.

Met my date, went back to the hotel. the elevator always stops on the 3rd floor level, but the front desk staff don't even look up.

Not bad for the price. But not a place you go to if you re trying to impress someone.

FWIW, I paid 10,000yen for a double.
