If you don't speak Japanese, there are two agencies that specialize in offering Japanese girls to foreign men, you can book in English and the girls there offer standart FS. They are called Asian Mystique and Nasty Dolls.

this also caters to foreigners in English, and the girls are younger and cuter but there is NO FS on the menue usually.

Soaplands are also a good option for FS, but usually you will have to make yourself clear with hand gestures. There is one soapland that has an English speaking staff, i believe, but i cant remember the name and don't know when he works.

Google maps is a great help for navigation and streetview can be used to do a virtual walk.
Best way is to keep track of convinience stores, post offices, traffic lights and gas stations.
Sidestreets are a bit harder to navigate.
