I hope to get direct answers from manly people here, how can a woman/man ask the partner to take supplements to improve erection? Example longer erection (hard) time?
How to ask nicely without offending?
Thank you :)

Honestly, supplements aren't going to have much of a noticeable effect, unless that supplement is testosterone (in medically correct amounts).

Exercise and a balanced diet will do much more.

If you want a quick fix, a silicone cock ring will keep him plenty hard.

I don't think any normal male is going to need any sort of urging to remedy the situation if the situation is that he can't get/keep hard enough to fuck. One or two "incidents" and he'll be snagging a script for some generic sildenafil or tadalafil like it's going out of style.

If not, he's either hiding the fact that he's of a different sexual persuasion or you're just really fucking ugly.

That was uncalled for, @Keihan - even for you that’s just plain fucking rude.

Well “supplements” aren’t going to even work for something like this. I assume you mean meds?

We've search for meds already. So my friends and i need something not over the top. What we need is a normal way to insinuate it to the man coz my friends are shy and awkward. 🤣 And told me they'r not sure if the guys will like it. Anyway, thanks to the replies. I appreciate it. This is so hard 😅

I am more intrigued by the fact that you state "you and your friends" lol. Are y'all happily discussing your man's erectile problems?

Possibly, but now you've all had the chance to read OP's follow up response just above this.

There was trouble written all over that first post. I was making an attempt at levity but at least I was honest.

maybe, this is an issue to some normal women like me with a normal partner (raised religiously).

I read online "If any penis problem pops up, you'd want to get that fixed A.S.A.P., right? Yet most guys who are diagnosed with erectile dysfunction (ED) don't follow through with treating it, says research from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine."

So I want to know a good way to suggest to a man without offending.
But maybe we need a psychologist for that 😅

As someone who just got ouf of a soapland not being able to stay hard due to nerves and potentially other shit, I would find it very...sad if my partner talked about this stuff with their friends tbh. I realise a lot of the old guard here has different attitudes but I'd be pretty hurt if I found that out.

That being said, yeah, if it's ED the guy might need proper help from a doctor before going for blue pills.

AAAAAAND...Exhibit B, Your Honor.

But I'll polish off this vodka soda and go to bed before being rude again.

i am sorry. this is not about u.

Zinc supplements help with libido and to produce more semen. Have friends who've tried this and it worked for them.

Dunno about other stuff but doing exercise, better diet, reducing alcohol/weed etc generally helps too.

Last time I came Tokyo and had a session with the famous Kaoru getting only barely 2 hours of sleep the night before I had a concoction of Tongkat Ali and Maca which really helped. If you can find any tongkat ali products give it a go.

This is so hard 😅

And here I was thinking the problem was the opposite. If your guy doesn't want to try cialis or viagra then the best you can try is blowjobs.

Just bake his favorite cookies or make his favorite drink and put powdered viagra in it. Voila.

Kids, don't try this at home. First it is illegal, secondly it can actually be dangerous. Dangerous as a guy with a cardiovascular disease can die from viagra. Before you celebrate the fact that then he would be called "a stiff" it doesn't mean his penis.

I used Tongkat and Maca quite extensively in my mid-20s for workout purposes. They can be very effective, but it's not something you can take a few hours before intercourse and expect any results. Tongkat stimulates testosterone production and ideally, in my experience, it takes about a week or two of daily dosage for it to take effect. Tribulus Terrestris is another drug popular with weight-lifters and does the same thing. Maca is something I still take as part of my daily supplements just for the energy boost.

If you're looking for something to pop an hour before contact, the only effective solution is the blue pill or similar variant. Considering how cheap the generics are these days, there's no reason for any guy not to have some around at all times.

A lot of it is placebo I believe, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work.
Give a guy an over the counter supplement and if he believes it will work, there is a good chance it will. Confidence is important.

Does he workout? you could try getting him a pre-workout that has L-Citrulline(better if it doesn't have Beta Alanine so he doesn't get itchy), it increases blood flow for more energy during workouts, but some use it to treat ED.

Just getting further and further off the mark on a rational approach to ED, if it is in fact that. Asking the internet for medical advice is of course always a bad idea and will scare up all kinds of nonsense.
