The experience I had with this agency was not good at all and I hope everyone that reads this avoids this agency at all costs, even if the pictures on their site seem tempting.
Sent an email in english with japanese translation below it in case they didn't understand around 4pm requesting Kaori that same night at 8pm. After going back and forth a few times, we agreed to a 90 minute session with Kaori at 8pm at my hotel.
Around 8pm, as expected I received an email from the company saying Kaori was running late and won't be there until 815pm. 815pm rolls around and she's still not there so I email the company again and at 830pm, they finally respond saying she's waiting in the lobby.
I go to the lobby and lo and behold, completely different girl. Typical bait and switch. Even with all the makeup she had on, I'd rate her a 6/10. Emailed the company and told them to cancel my appointment because she was not the girl I was expecting. They email me back saying that she is Kaori and send me a picture of her in the email.
I did some quick research on their website and find out they sent me a different girl by the name of Nana instead.
