You'll need to book an independent or a Soapland - Vaginal intercourse isn't permitted at regular delivery health shops. (The technical rule is that they can't advertise or sell full-service [sex] under those license conditions). There are russian women working for places like Miss Universe, but I believe you would need some Japanese skill and you can't expect sex. You're in the wrong country for platinum blonde/foreign types... they are very rare.

It is rarely scary to walk anywhere in Japan except for Kabukicho more narrow places after hours with Nigerian touts approaching from multiple directions, can be somewhat intimidating.

A couple things that are easy to miss:

1. How tall are you? This woman is 170cm, meaning if you are the height of most filipinos I know, your face will be at the height of her boobies as she looks down upon you.

There are delivery health places there, but once you get outside the major cities, you're going to need to speak Japanese to arrange things.

Also keep in mind that you won't be frolicking with DH girls in the hot spring itself, but in your room.

Wouldn't say that, been frolicking in hot springs with girls, they were not DH girls though. And I was friendly enough not to shot in the water.
