You want to avoid those. That works 'OK' in a place like Gotanda, but outlying stations, you're not going to have a good time.
Same as those Chinese girls walking around the station offering 'massages'. You've got about 15% chance of having a good time, whilw they have a better time with your wallet and upselling.
 
Never had an issue with the Chinese touts in this area. 10k for a short time. The issue lately is the ladies tend to be on the older/chubby side since COVID stopped travel into Japan. If time is not an issue do a search on this site and grab a train!

It's not sideways like you may have heard back in the old days. I know from some guy standing on a corner somewhere near the station telling about it.
 
Years ago you could get FS there for 10k. However, everytime was always a roll of the dice. You might get some pretty girl that shows you a good time, an old tired lady thats just going through the motions, or a young thing that's trying to get you out the door as fast as possible and keeps asking if you're done yet.
I assume it's still the same experience
