I've read once in a review that a girl in New Hot Point has "fillers"

what does "filler" mean?

I know nothing about enhanced breasts but I did touch something like that in Raku
I can tell some NHP girls I've had are different from that Raku tits, which felt like android tits
NHP tits feels natural to me
But at the same time, they look too perfect and too good to be true

Can someone "fill" me in on this LOL

It could be two things:

1) Regular saline implants.
2) Injection of fluid

#2 will feel more real, but has to be repeated as the fluid is dispersed over time.

Do a google search of 'filler breast augmentation' and that will give you some idea about the types of 'filler' used to augment breasts in lieu of surgery with actual implants.

When I hear someone say 'filler', I think of #2 instantly.

Probably, girls that have #1 done will have breasts that feel like a rubber ball, or have a more elastic, tight feeling.
If the girl lies down and her breasts are still sitting straight up, likely #1.

If you can ping a 100 yen coin off their breasts with a nice bounce return, it's #1... lol
