I will be traveling to Tohoku this April and was wondering how the scene is for foreigners in Aomori / Morioka? Havent seen many clubs around

Morioka

They have a quaint local custom there... they roll up the sidewalks every night at 21:00.

Seriously - one of the most boring towns I've ever been to.

Yes, nothing for foreigners except minimal DH and that requires high Japanese skills.
