I will be going to Japan soon for business purposes.

Discovered this website, and have been wanting to try some of the services.
However, I realize that Japan has the no-penetration law.
Is this actually true? Is everybody in this website just doing sumata?
Or is it just a "rule" that has to be listed in their front page.
