From what I read on their HP the branches in Yokohama, Gotanda, and Osaka (North) continue at least for the moment.
Some providers sent messages to their regulars a couple of weeks ago that they will change to Hentai shinshi kurabu 変態紳士倶楽部 which is another nationwide chain. No info yet if they are gaijin friendly.

The change in name was apparently a hostile takeover by Kanbus who are now fighting with the president. This has also spilled to YouTube, Twitter etc.
