As per topic, I saw it was somewhat raided. Was thinking to visit this few days while im in Osaka

It was closed and torn down last year, November 2021. It’s gone.

That's not the case. The buildings are still there, some of them operating as regular restaurants. Amagasaki city wants to purchase the area but the number of registered owners is apparently rather high (about 30 have been found, according to a report from last July).
