The reverse nampa cafes are usually quite cheaper.
I think there are lots of girls there who hardly get picked in the normal cafe for not being attractive enough but if the normal ones are quiet the more pretty girls go there as well sometimes.
I tried it too. Got lucky once in momocafe when they had a reverse event (not their normal setting). Well paying guy and he also became a repeater.

Proxies and foreign address are commonly blocked in Japan. (this may be the case of the address just being foreign or they've detected the proxy)
There's nothing harmful on that site if that's what you're worried about...

The site works perfectly fine from within Japan (not using a proxy).

Can confirm, the gyaku nanpa is fun. I've only been twice, the first time a stunningly beautiful girl said she was there with her friend and wanted to do 3-way for 30,000 to each girl. When I got picked by Hannah, there were about 10 of us guys in the booth. But we were all getting picked left and right one after another. Hannah said that there were many girls on the other side. When I asked her how many, she told me she's not allowed to tell the guys, which was kind of weird. I went at night around 8. The first time I went there during the middle of the day, there were about 3-4 guys and I also got picked within 5 minutes of sitting down.

How do you know when is reverse nampa? Is there any special name in japanese.

Do they advertise in the web page?
 
Doesn't sound like a good place for me. (From girl's point of view, for guys it sounds interesting.)

Momocafe has two of those reverse cafes as well, one in Shinjuku down the same street as their regular cafe, and one in Ikebukuro.
