Kokubunji options

Might be spending some time in Kokubunji. I've lived in Tokyo previously, but never had the chance to visit Kokubunji.

Are there full service places / red light streets there, and if not, where would the closest one be?

Not interested in HE, more of a full enchilada / full service person if that is helpful.

No personal experience with Kokubunji, but it’s only 20 minutes from Shinjuku on the Chuo Line. Many options available there.

Yes, please go to Shinjuku.
Inquiries about “guide me about places near xyz station” when xyz is within 30 minutes or less by train to a well-reviewed and covered, bona fide entertainment district are not generally well liked.

Kokubunji is primarily a residential area, and there's not a lot out there aside from delivery.

If you're up to checking through the local esthes, though, you can find a decent HE massage or the like fairly easily. You WILL need to speak Japanese for most of these, and many will not accept foreigners (even if they're staffed by foreign nationals themselves).
