Yeah, KDHs are generally gaijin friendly as long as you can speak decent Japanese. Some agencies aren't, and some girls aren't. I'd recommend telling them on the phone that you are hakujin (?) so that you don't run into a refusal situation when you've already rented a love hotel room.

Thanks for the link! I'm definitely interested in meeting some Japanese girls on my next visit to Japan but the idea of meeting a Korean did cross my mind so hopefully that site will help me out.
