I'd recommend changing the questions up a bit, and saving the "what's your name, what do you do, etc" for later (maybe like 3 to 5 minutes) in the conversation. I'd most likely say "Wow I like those earrings" or "you remind me of this actress..." This helps give the impression that you're out to have fun, rather than out to meet girls (giving girls a feeling like you're needy or have scarcity in your life). I don't feel like explaining the reasoning in detail but hopefully you can see what I mean
