Look X Look - no foreigners

I've seen couple of reviews for Look X Look, close to Kanda Station, mentioning it is a foreigners-friendly pinsaro. Walked there around 10PM to find out they're not accepting foreigners (the tout started talking with me in Japanese but gave me the arms X signal when I couldn't answer him).

So, they won't accept foreigners that cannot speak Japanese. Since they probably asked you a question in Japanese to see if you understood, but once you failed... then you're denied access. If you had been able to answer him, you would have probably have been let in.

What's on the website and what they agree to when you're at the shop early in the day when customers are few sometimes differ.
