Multiple men or men and all women?

I recently went to XO with two other girls ans one guy, and they accepted it if you paid for two rooms (which is reasonable because their rooms are quite cheap). They did bring extra towels. Japanese language skills from at least one of the people may be required.

Bali an has party rooms and is definitely foreigner friendly.
I've also been there with two guys and one other girl, guys both took one room each and we visited each other later and swapped, they dont care about you walking around and going into other rooms there.
