While there have been some reviews of Madonna in the past I haven’t run across many reviews of individual girls. Furthermore there tends to be a lot of contradictory information so I hope that this review will help clear up some misconceptions. I'm also hoping to see more reviews of individual girls since there appears to be quite a few of them on the roster.

Since the unfortunate closing of New Hot Point last May many of us have been looking for acceptable alternative. Madonna, just down the street from NHP, has been around forever. Even if you have no idea what a nozoki is chances are you’re familiar with Madonna. It’s impossible to miss. The outside has a picture of a Showa-era nude lady. The entrance faces a courtyard next to TOHO Cinemas. Just to give you an idea of how public this place is I’ll tell you a brief story:

A few months ago I decided to check out Madonna. While walking onto the street, literally like 1.5 meters from the entrance, I suddenly heard “TEACHA”. It was one of my students who was waiting for his friend at the cinema. He asked me I was there and I told him that I was meeting my friend (not true) and that I had some time to kill (not a lie) and that I was going to an izakaya later (this is true). After this experience I avoided going to this place for obvious reasons.

Today I finally mustered up the courage to walk down the very narrow staircase (while wearing a mask, mind you). There’s a very small booth. Some people have complained the guy looks annoyed. The guy was actually pretty friendly. I put down 2200¥ and he asked me for my camera/phone and he gave me a tag and asked me to take a seat. He didn’t ask me any questions and I only spoke in Japanese. The waiting room itself is tiny with 5 seats but could realistically seat about 3. The room itself is pretty terrible and looks very old with paint chipping off the walls. There are signs everywhere that say “500000¥ fine” if you sneak in a camera including pictures of guys who have broken this rule. It’s a little funny because from the seat closest to the door you can actually see the street upstairs and you can hear people walking around outside. There are some very old manga books which you can read and some porn playing on the TV up ahead.

On the wall are two options listed in Japanese:

HJ - 2200¥
CBJ - 4400¥

I think there has been a price increase since the last reviews I’ve read.

I waited about 20 minutes and one guy came out and it looked like even on a Saturday afternoon I was going to be the only one. Umi appeared at the door. When I first saw her I seriously thought it was Usagi from NHP except younger. She looked quite sexy wearing red lingerie (for Christmas?).

She led me into a booth. The booth is actually smaller than the one at NHP but quite a similar set up. I hung up my jacket and put my bag on the ground. There’s a light switch you can turn on for “service” so I recommend doing this if you want service. There are also two signs which say "panties for 2000¥" and there's a little hole at the top of the booth. If you want her panties just put the money through there and she'll give them to you. The show started and Yuzu came on stage. Yuzu is also very attractive. Perfect tits and nipples (possibly fake) and a shaved pussy. Not skinny but not fat. She rubbed her body up against the glass and after about 5 minutes or so she was fully nude and rubbing her pussy.

At around 7 minutes or so Umi walked into my booth and asked me if I wanted service. I asked her for a CBJ and gave her a 5000¥ bill. She went out and brought me some change and asked me to stand up and pulled the chair out of the booth. We chatted briefly and she pulled up my shirt. I touched her breasts and asked her if I could touch her down there and she said yes. I rubbed her a bit and she moaned and then got down on her knees and capped me and started to blow. The blowjob was fantastic. Very sloppy and deep and fast. While she was blowing me Yuzu was still dancing and looking into my booth from the magic mirror. To summarize:

• There is only one dance as opposed to two at NHP. One girl dances and the other provides the service. If anyone has had a different experience with this please let me know.

• Unlike NHP where you might wait for a very long time the max wait time from my understanding is about 15-20 minutes. The show starts every 15 minutes or so no matter how many people are waiting. If it's just you then it'll be only you. This is great if you're in a hurry.

• It seems like foreigners do get service. Since I speak some Japanese despite not being East Asian/Japanese, I wasn’t shown any information in English. I have read other reviews which claim that foreigners can’t get service and that the English information sheet states this. This may be the case if you can’t speak Japanese. It's also possible that the rules have recently changed since I've read a couple of reviews which claimed that foreigners do get service which is encouraging news.

• You don’t need to check in your bag here. You can take it with you but you must check in your phone/camera.

• You can’t choose the girl who will service you. I’m not sure if there is any way of knowing in advance which girl will service you (and which will dance) based on the website which lists two girls. Today the two girls listed during the day are Yuzu (left picture) and Umi (right picture). Does the girl in the left picture dance and the girl in the right give service? I'm not sure.

I went here about a year ago and the experience was more or less exactly the same. I am a full white AF foreigner but I speak reasonably good Japanese and I had no problem getting service.

I was the only one there too and I think I got the same girls as you. The one doing the show did a great job (much better than the show I saw at NHP to be honest, the girls there didn’t even get nude) except the dancing girl had really obvious fake bolt-on tits.

I got the HJ for ¥2200, which was nice but there was no way she could finish me off, it just doesn’t work for me that way. But the experience was nice. She stopped after 5-7 mins and left and I got myself off as the show was finishing.

Something else that was cool was that they have a discount voucher on their website if you get there between 11 and 12 in the morning. If you can show it to the tencho on your phone you get ¥1000 discount. So I actually got in for only ¥1100 (¥2100 was the entry price back then). I mean it’s sleazy as hell and you’re there for barely 30 mins but for that price you can’t go wrong!

You'd think it would not be a huge investment to provide facilities that meant customers didn't have to put their belongings on the floor. It wouldn't take a whole lot of money to give the premises a facelift to make them comfortable for staff and customers. I am always intrigued as to why in Japan, very little effort is made to even pretend the venue is cool and sophisticated, yet alone clean and comfortable. This venue sounds like a space you might find in parts of China or Eastern Europe.

I guess I'm not the only one that thinks that sometimes. Historic things have their charm of course but there's so many run down looking places everywhere in Japan. I don't know about Madonna specifically but even establishments that are doing well financially just keep on chugging along looking all broken down.

Maybe it's because Japan is a country of old people and they would feel uncomfortable in a place that's too modern and sterile looking. Who knows. Haruka is still around. She works at a massage esthe in Shinagawa (which offers service in Gotanda and surrounding areas). Unfortunately she's been inactive since this summer. Plus, the shop doesn't accept foreigners unless you speak pretty good Japanese. She only offers HJ, though.

First off, I want to thank the OP for his incredibly detailed and useful review. It was the sole reason that I mustered enough courage to walk down that staircase located in such a central place and adorned with really conspicuous signage. I was glad I did though because I had a great experience. The girl in the middle dancing was a bit overweight but still sexy.

I opted for the HJ, and the girl who came out to provide service was named Ai. Immediately I could tell she was on the skinnier side, but that didn't bother me.
