When I tried a google search on "Bali An" a while back, I found the old TAG thread on the topic there, or at least fragments of it. In some cases the screen names had been changed, but in others not...I think. I didn't pay much attention, moved on pretty quickly.

We are aware of their blatant stealing of our content, we have of course tried to get them to stop only to be ignored. People that post over there in protest get their accounts banned and posts removed.

They are also stealing from other sites aside from TAG.

From what I can tell, they stopped grabbing our content in January 2012 and the posts that have appeared there since then are junk. Nothing newer has been added. As WW mentioned, poster names have been changed and I also noticed some dates being changed as well.
