What is this? Is it some kind of p4p provider ranking? I have zero Japanese, so all I see are pretty faces.
 
I think they're supposed to be chosen by their stores as their most popular girls. But the main thing is looks.
 
Agreed. 4 and 8 look better than the top 3 IMO. And damn, 5 looks barely legal, but so ridiculously cute...not sure how to feel about that one!

They advertise the result is based on online votes as it's also called "misu hebun sosenkyo" (Miss Heaven General Election). Twitter ＃ミスヘブン finds tweets by the girls from the qualifier rounds.
 
In theory the votes are done by the customers, but you never know with online voting :p, and in theory girls with best services would be voted instead. The girls were nominated by the shops? or some data from City Heaven probably.
 
Probably it is just some sort of advertising gimmick.

My strong hunch is that the photos don't reveal any more about the ladies's actual appearances than is normally the case for such picture galleries on fuzoku shop websites (i.e., they have been heavily photoshopped, probably without the escort's consent or even knowledge, at best...and maybe totally faked in some cases).

I didn't mean to suggest that they were not participating in the contest willingly but only that they may not have much or any say in the photoshopping. I know this happens in some shops. Sometimes the girls can be quite unhappy with the way their appearances are modified.

Anyway, it is good to know that the contest is legit or at least semi-legit.
