It is. About JPY4000 I believe. They can probably be obtained from any bc clinic/doctor.

It doesn't literally have to be taken the morning after, but its effectiveness goes down rapidly after a few days if I recall correctly.

Yeah, easy to get and it needs to be used usually with in 72 hours or as Wwanderer said above, the effectiveness of the drug decreases quickly with each day passing.

in japan they also have some kind of shot you can get at a hospital. once my condom broke (creampie) and the lady i was with asked for 5,000 to go to the hospital for the shot
