Oh man you got it so wrong again. He said "don't go looking for a tout". He obviously meant you should only go for the tout Frenchy was referring!

Though there is one exception. You should definitely go to look for a tout if you want to prove Japan is not that safe and you want to lose a lot of money and receive nothing in return.
