After three years it's finally time for me to make my first review. Last time I was here I only met a certain independent escort who in my mind is still one of the best experiences that I've had so far. Unfortunately, she doesn't seem to be active anymore which is why I wanted to try a soapland since I hadn't tried one before.
First of all I want to thank @RickRickSanchez for his post that listed up foreigner-friendly soaplands in Yoshiwara. This certainly made it easier for me in my search for a soapland.
Upon entering Moulin Rouge at around 19:00, I was greeted by three staff members in Japanese. I'm Asian so I suppose that they just assumed that I was Japanese but I was upfront that I was a foreigner since they would inevitably find it out later, as my Japanese is lackluster (I only know the most common words and phrases). Fortunately they accept foreigners and the younger staff member, who knew English, escorted me to the lobby where the other customers sat. It was a little intimidating since the room was full of customers. Anyways, inside the lobby the staff member showed me two photos of two girls and told me that it would cost 75k yen for 120 minutes. I was fine with this price as it fell into a similar price range as other reviews who also only conversed in English. What annoyed me here is the fact that at the entrance I saw a sign that said "35k yen for 120 minutes". Is this the price that locals pay or is it just the entrance fee?
In the end I chose the girl whose name is Rika and was told that she will be ready at 20:00. I gave them my name and paid the fee. At the time it was around 19:10 so I decided to leave the premise to get some fresh air and come back later when it was my turn. After arriving at the soapland again I was once again escorted to the lobby. This time there was only me and another customer in the lobby. After a few minutes they called my name and I was escorted to the stairs where I finally got to see Rika. She wore a red dress and looked fabulous. She took my hand and we walked to the room.
This is of course subjective but my impression of Rika, appearance wise, is that she is gorgeous. She has a slim, fit body and a nice small face. I looked at her pictures on their website afterwards and I do have to say that they look nothing alike. Though I do think that the appearance did match the photo that the staff member showed me earlier. She has in general a tinier face and smaller eyes compared to the photos online. Regardless she was still attractive to me. If I were to take a guess then I would say that she is around 26-28 years. Heightwise she is around 155-160 cm.
It all started with me sitting in the grand chair where she helped me undress. She folded them nicely in a basket and wrapped my underwear in towels. It was a bit difficult to converse with her since her level of English is pretty low and my Japanese is so bad. She then made a call to the staff and ordered the PocketTalk which is essentially a device that can translate whatever we are saying to the device. Though I have to say that the accuracy of this device wasn't the best which led to some laughs throughout the session.
She then proceeded to prepare the washing area while I was just admiring her spinner body. When she was done she called me over and washed my body. Afterwards I hopped into the small tub and brushed my teeth while she was preparing the mat. To be honest, I don't really know how to describe the mat play. I think you just have to experience it yourself. It started with me laying on my stomach where she proceeded to do all the whacky stuff that mat play involves.
Then it was time to turn over and she continued with the mat play with lots of DFK in between. It was truly a sight to behold when she was sliding up and down when laying on my back. Soon after she finally started with BJ. Personally, BJs doesn't really do anything to me but overall it was fine. She then mounted on me and she started doing CG. At first I was a bit worried since I never saw her putting on a cap so I had to double check while she was doing CG. What surprised me was that a cap was already on. My initial feeling was that she was a little too tight for my taste. After a while I asked her to switch to reverse CG and in the end I wanted to try to be on top. She asked me if I was sure and I told her I wanted to try at the very least. And I can assure you the reader that it is indeed a challenge to be on top due to the lack of friction on the mat. I only tried missionary and in hindsight I should've also tried the position where the girl is laying completely straight on the stomach. She then asked if I wanted to move over to the bed instead to which I replied yes. We washed up, I got in the bath and she cleaned the mat. We dried ourselves up with towels and ordered some drinks.
Then began round two. It started with DFK and she then slowly descended my body with kisses and licking my nipples. I don't mean to be kinkshaming but I just don't get the appeal of nipple licking from a girl. Maybe it's just different cultures. This time however, I managed to see that she puts on the cap by using her mouth at the beginning of BJ. Afterwards we started with missionary where I busted my first shot. She cleaned me up and from then on we just talked about my trip so far and everything else that came up on our minds. Most of the conversation was done in broken Japanese and using the PocketTalk whenever I didn't understand her or didn't know the words.
One thing that I noticed when there was roughly 40 minutes left was that the clock in the room was 10 minutes ahead of the actual time. Is this common? When there was roughly half an hour left on the clock, I asked her for a third round since I had only busted once. But she told me that in soaplands you only have one round on the mat and another round on the bed. Please do enlighten me if this is actually the case.
In the end we washed up one last time, put on our clothes and she escorted me downstairs. We said farewell with a kiss and the staff member who was kneeling downstairs pointed me towards the lobby which surprised me. They asked me if I wanted a cab back to the station to which I declined. I was escorted out and faced Tokyo's winter. I didn't receive any member card.
All in all, I'm satisfied with my first experience at a soapland. The gal that I had was a stunner. She is not one of those cute girls but rather mature-ish woman with a fit and slim body. The staff was also really friendly and the young staff member that assisted me could converse in English perfectly fine. However, at this price range I expect BBJ which I didn't receive. Maybe it's just because I'm it's the first time I'm with this provider. Also, please do let me know if the sign that I saw at the entrance (35k yen for 120 minutes) is what locals actually pay or if it just the entrance fee or whatever it could be.
I noticed that there is a lack of reviews where the communication was conducted in English so I hope this review is useful for other foreigners who also doesn't know Japanese very well.

I would definitely recommend this place for foreigners who wants to try a soapland for the first time. Some of the staff knows English well and the Rika is definitely worth a visit though one should note that she doesn't resemble the photos on the website at all.
