I think you have done a good job making your point. It is clear to me. I also hate it when the SP takes your money and then does the absolute bare minimum to complete the services you paid for often deliberately trying to sabotage our enjoyment. I dont disagree with this but I would point out that none of the massage places explicitly (in writing anyway) offer HE. Kaishun and limpa are both euphemisms for tekoki, or nukuya to use a funny expression. But many if not most of them do offer HE. And many that offer HE also offer topless roaming and some offer even more. In my experience most of the places will provide a lot more if the circumstances and money are right. So technically, since nothing is explicit, a customer has no right to expect anything more than a body massage and some kind of funny groin massage. He shouldnt even expect a handjob. But since the unwritten industry standard is HE + more depending on other factors, how does the customer avail himself to these services without causing problems and being accused of being 'rapey' - which is really uncalled for in my opinion. I think the OP has every right to be annoyed, but he doesnt have the right to be rude, forceful or otherwise behave badly when he doesnt get what he expects. He should just cut his loses and never use that shop again.
How about just simply asking first before you even 'try' touching/grabbing? Then you can see her reaction.... And maybe have her permission. I'm sure she wont jump and scream from a question like "can I touch your tit".

I don't have the full story but It's hard to believe that many girls would react as negatively as you depict. Especially from a friendly request to touch. From your posts, if anything, it definitely sounds like you touched first to test the waters before even verbally asking.
To be fair to you though, I've never been to a massage place before, so I don't really know whether touching the massage girl without permission is an accepted or expected practice...but I'm guessing most guys going to a HE place wouldn't hesitate doing this.
Personally, even when seeing an escort, I wouldn't touch and grope without asking first or seeing she seems OK with it - this is just having good manners IMO, even when it is 'expected'.
