Any onakura place that's somewhat lenient to foreigners? Never been to one, thinking of trying it. Kissing + 手コキ should do the trick. I speak okay Japanese.
Yes in my experience since it's usually private room you can have no trouble with these types of places. I recommend Lovely Hand in Shinjuku as price is not bad plus English and it's clear which girls will deal with foreigners.
