This is a bit incorrect.
The site was started to give a level playing field for both groups. We let girls post here freely and reject them when issues arise. We also let clients post freely but for both sides we have implemented some controls to keep things under control as we have grown. Some of these controls are still applicable, some maybe not.
I get equal hate from both groups on various points and it's my job to strike a balance. Just because we have girls here and some carry a verification, does NOT entitle them to any special benefit.
The site control is definitely mine and while I take suggestions and feedback, I don't always implement them. The regular members, both men and women, don't strictly dictate decisions that are made or what rules are enforced.
I'm very disappointed at some of the drama that has come about but that's a part of the industry, almost like any other industry.
If anyone has any real complaints, I urge you to put it in writing either publicly or privately to be addressed with a formal response.
In the end, the majority of people seem pleased with the service we provide. There is a minority that is not pleased, which is to be expected.
