Hi to any who frequent the Osaka area. While I regularly go to the Matsushima Shinchi area and Tobita to a lesser extent, wondering if anyone has visited Kannami Shinchi recently.
There are some threads here from a couple of years ago that said it wasn't foreigner friendly (at least to guys of non-Asian appearance) so I've never bothered to go there. Just wondering if things have become a bit more relaxed there recently.
