I had a choice in selecting Hipness, Thaimild and this new Thailady service and I opted to go with the usual Hipness service.
Osayo was one of the 2 available girls and the booking on went smoothly. She arrived at the LH earlier than I expected after contacting tancho as she was free whole day without any customers.
She was smaller than I anticipated and comes from the north part of Thailand. A quick shower and we started the session.
Pros:
Friendly up to some extent (why some extent? read the cons)

Phones rings constantly
Doesn't want/know to give out Thai massage
Changed her attitude after another booking came halfway the fun on the bed (with some time left on the clock)

Famous Hotel IVY at the North side of Uguisudani Station has changed name to Hotel Enju. (I guess about a month ago)
This is the 2nd time that I heard p4p providers find it difficult to find the hotel with the name change. So if you are using it, tell tencho it's formely Hotel IVY
As per the LH charges, there is no longer 60 min 2500 yen rate.
The minimum is 80 min 2800 yen is the only option for a quick fire.
